Q: Question About Features
Hi, I'm considering purchasing your tool for my coaching business. I just want to make sure I understand a few things. If I purchase BeHuman.Online, I would use for 1 on 1 coaching sessions, group coaching sessions, and occasional live webinars, or evergreen recorded webinars. In order to use BHO, I would need to also connect AWS Chime, or 100m's live for additional costs? I'm not a developer so I apologize I don't fully understand what are and how they factor into the tool, but I want to have a clear understanding of what is needed to use the tool properly and what potential costs may be. Amazon Chime SDK, and 100ms are competitive cloud-based video engines. Think of them like the gasoline, or the consumables of your online experience. Or, like a cellular phone provider. When your attendees are on video together, they'll consume minutes towards your usage from one of these platforms.
100ms offers 10,000 minutes for free each month, and then charges $0.004/attendee/minute afterwards. AWS Chime charges $0.0017/attendee minute (much less than 100ms), but offers no free minutes.
Within BeHuman.Online it is very easy to toggle video engines (only one click). So you can link both 100ms, and AWS Chime - then, you can use up your 10,000 free minutes from 100ms, and then switch over to AWS Chime (if you need more than 10,000 minutes in a month).
