Q: Text/Chat Options
We're considering this as a replacement for us using the free version of Slack AND replacing Zoom meetings. Does this have a solution that would allow for similar instant messaging in the app based on pre-determined groups (i.e. private channels in Slack) and on-the-fly direct messaging in which the content is saved over time?

There are a few public and private chat options within the platform:
Global chat:
This is what all attendees see, and can be disabled.
Room chat:
This is a text chat accessible only when you're in a room - like in the Lounge.
Exhibitor chat:
This is only on exhibitor pages.
Private chat:
This is a direct message to an individual's account, and can be sent by clicking on someone in the Lounge when you're on video together.
