I am looking for a CRM that will have:

1. Custom data fields. I want to be able to sort by renewal date, for example.
2. Form builder that adds to company contact. I will preload my contacts and then I want to add relevant data through a form/survey that agents fill out during a phone call.
3. Form exportable to excel so I can load it in my own excel that I have mapped out to customer applications.
4. Set-up preset workflow for sales stages based on email marketing response. Example - email response>call>send application for signature>etc...
