My One Year Experience Review - SPOILER: Find Another Solution

I've been using this for about a year. Today, I'm switching to another invoicing app because this one has so many shortcomings.

I have it setup to email my clients their invoice, yet none of the clients I've entered ever receive the email. I also have it setup to automatically create a new invoice for 2 clients every month, yet it doesn't do that either.

I feel this was a software idea someone had and they started it, but never finished the software.

If you don't mind manually creating invoices every time and saving them as PDF's so you can attach them to an email and send them outside the software, then it can do that... but so can Microsoft Word or Google Docs.

Pretty good software. Zero support.

I’m using this for a single company and I sent out a couple invoices and it’s worked fine. My clients said it was easy for them to make a payment.

There are a few places where there could be some improvement. I would imagine if the developers are serious about improving the product it will get better.

More importantly, I reached out to support a week ago and received no response whatsoever. That is a huge red flag for me.

Brand Switching Error

1) Brand Switching Error and Stuck into 1 brand and I cannot move to another BRAND ! I pay for tier 2 payments already!
2) Team Member also stuck, I delete the team member but those deleted account still can login.
3) I email to support team already but still not get response! Please fix the bug or just refund my money!!!!
4) I will change the review after the app is working fine already!!

Simple and easy

I'm a solopreneur. it's a good product. I like that it tracks time, but I wish there were a report showing how much time you spent per project/invoice so you could see your hourly wage.
