Hello, The "Agency Lifetime" Plan at your official website has Lifetime Updates & Lifetime Support, do we get these features with the (Tier 2) plan on AppSumo? What are the 40+ form fields? Does this mean that we don't have access to all the features of the plugin?

You will get all Bit Form premium features on AppSumo, including all 40+ form fields, lifetime support, and lifetime updates. There is no difference between the "Agency Lifetime" plan on our official website and the AppSumo Tier 2 plan. No premium features are restricted or hidden in the AppSumo plan.
