I wanted to like it but I ended up annoyed.
I bought Tier 2 solely with the intention of keeping the software.
Honestly, I feel angry because I lost, over several days, many hours trying to configure the plugin and I couldn't even establish the connection between my email provider and BitForm. No matter how much I set up the SMTP perfectly, it just didn't work, and the form simply didn’t reach my email.
I know I did everything correctly since the test email worked perfectly, but when sending the form embedded in my own website, there was no way. The software just didn't work.
I wanted to like it, but these kinds of bugs leave me with a bitter taste.
I will request a refund, but if the developer contacts me and helps me solve the problem, I am willing to remove this review, repurchase the plugin, and keep it if everything works as it should.

Jul 17, 2025Hi Ignacio,
Thank you for your honest feedback, and we're truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience.
From what you described, it’s possible the issue might be related to either:
Missing email notifications in the Conditional Logic setup, or
A mismatch between the “From Email” in your form and the authenticated email used in your SMTP settings (some servers require them to be the same).
Please Follow this doc: (https://bit-form.com/wp-docs/apply-conditional-logic-using-bitform/setting-up-email-notifications/).
We’d love the opportunity to help you get everything working as expected. Please feel free to reach out to our support team at "support@bitapps.pro" .we’re happy to work with you directly to resolve the issue.
We appreciate your willingness to reconsider and hope we can turn your experience around.
