Q: Questions about Bizreply and Long-Tail Searches in Multiple Languages
Is Bizreply optimized for long-tail searches in Spanish? I have performed several searches in this language and I only get very generic results. Does the system support long-tail searches with full phrases in Spanish, or does it only work well with individual keywords? Why do searches in Spanish give me limited or less relevant results compared to searches in English?
Bizreply does support long-tail searches in Spanish. The system does support full phrases in Spanish as well as working well with individual keywords. I purchased tier 3 and I'm very excited about it so far. Allow me to clarify a few things that I found unclear.
Do I need to connect any social accounts, or does it use other accounts to access Instagram, etc.? I successfully connected. When I generate a reply in mentions, do I mark it as "replied" in order to submit the response? Then, will I find the response I generated in "replies"? I tried that with Reddit, and when I reviewed the post in "replies," I couldn't find my reply in the responses. Any idea why? I have 100 keywords. Can I pay to have unlimited keywords? If I delete an existing keyword to replace it with a new one, will the system keep my responses? Again, I really like your product so far. Keep up the good work, and thanks for all that you are doing.
So Bizreply does not actually connect your social media accounts, as there is a risk of getting your accounts banned if the platform find foul play of any kind. Hence Bizreply directly takes you to the post using a link. Hence you can access the post via any account if you are logged into it in the platform.
If you generate a reply, you will need to copy-paste the reply onto the platform....

And if so, does each word count toward the keyword limit, or does the phrase count as the keyword? For example. I need to track "Wedding Video" as part of my brand service but the 2 words tracked separately would give too many false mentions about my service.
Yes, it is possible to track lon-tail keywords phrases. Going by your example, "Wedding Video" will count as one keyword. You can even have a long keyword phrase such as "Wedding Videos in the rain" Bizreply will still count that as one keyword. Also to avoid getting false mentions you can add "Negative Keywords" such as "california" so you will get mentions, that do not include the word...
The mentions are one-time credits (although a large number of it is provided and should be sufficient for years easily). Additionally the add on pricing for LTD users in unique and cheaper as well.
