What is your suspension policy/threshhold? What is your suspension policy for subaccounts. If i got for top tier plan one of my subaccount has red flags in sending, would you suspend the subaccount or the whole account impacting all the subacocounts?
A: Hey, we don't generally suspend accounts without multiple warnings to fix things and only would after helping customers try to fix it multiple times where they don't comply... in this case, it would only be the sub accounts that could get suspended, not the main account.

Just wanted to confirm that Tier 10 sending limits is 1 million sends per month per sub account correct? Which equates to the 100 million available?
Not saying that I would send 100 million sends from 1 sub account lol, but i wanted to confirm that is how it's structurally set up for this offer?
That was really my only question before Jumping on to the Tier 10 offer.
