Q: Hi, On tier 8-10 can the total emails per month be split among the sub accounts as required?
For example on tier 10 could the 100,000,000 emails be split between only 2 sub-account of 50,000,000 each or is each sub-account restricted to only 1,000,000 sends?
Also is it possible to remove the branding on the higher tiers eg 10?

Jun 10, 2025A: Hey, on the higher tiers, for example Tier 10, each sub account can send up to 1M emails per month, so 100M emails total, split between 100 accounts. So, for example, 2 accounts on that plan would not be able to send 50M emails each as each sub account has a limit of 1M emails.
There is a monthly add on to remove the small logo at the bottom of the emails.
