Yet something about Blastable (the simpler , more pretty interface and focus on deliverability over complexities) does appeal to me. So I am giving this some thought , but integrations is something I am finding it hard to get past.

Everyone I know - including me - that has a budget to adhere to has moved from the very overpriced Zapier to Make (or similar) and a Facebook Ads integration seems pretty critical.

A: Facebook ads integration is something we'll have in the future, not sure when yet, but it is on our internal roadmap. Right now, you can use Zapier, Albato and I think Pabbly is also in the works if not done already. Of course, you can also use webhooks as well :)
