Q: suspension policy and subaccount level email restriction
What is your suspension policy/threshhold? What is your suspension policy for subaccounts. If i got for top tier plan one of my subaccount has red flags in sending, would you suspend the subaccount or the whole account impacting all the subacocounts?

Jun 4, 2025A: Hey, we don't generally suspend accounts without multiple warnings to fix things and only would after helping customers try to fix it multiple times where they don't comply... in this case, it would only be the sub accounts that could get suspended, not the main account.
