Great introductory training - simple videos, easy to understand.
Good UI, a bit strange when it comes to managing the accounts/sub-accounts.

When managing the user you've invited - i can't tell if its a user or a sub-account or if i selected them as a client which then shows them as a customer, but i don't see any separated sub-accounts.

As noted in the benefits there are 50 team members and 50 sub-acounts. here are some options for managing individuals that you've invited like the classic "re-invite" which i assume resends the invite email, but it's really unclear what the other actions take (i.e., disable, upgrade, downgrade). I've tested it but there's no immediate feedback loop to understand what i've done by downgrading or upgrading my client. Does that increase the amount of words/credits they can receive?
