- Hi, We get errors trying to go beyond a certain minute length, but the info about minute limit is conflicting between your website and comments in the appsumo site. Your tech support is so far non-responsive. We bought a tier 1 membership. Can you please spell out clearly the current minute limits per tier plan and add that to the appsumo listing.
