- So your tech employees - can like me (based in Denmark) access the data in Frankfurt, simply because they have access to the back-end of the platform ( read nowhere that ther is end to end encryption etc...)
So as you mention working out of "Room 1204, Hong Kong" and per se then as all Chinese companies are partner with the Chinese gov, either direct or by proxy, so you cant guarantee 100% integrity of our critical data, right?
- I get that in general such wont happen, but it is build in in all Chinese companies that the Chinese gov has direct or indirect access, so thou seldom and properly rare. You cant guarantee it wont, right ?

A. None of your employees, praters, investors or other ppl can access the backend on the serves in Frankfurt.
B. All costumer & user data is end to end encrypted. and what grade.

- If the Gov ppl. says; "Boardmix emplyer x", access and retrieve the files, you store on the Frankfurt server, and send them to "Cheesiness Gov. division Y" - Then this will happen. Else the "Boardmix emplyer x" gets fired & arrested.
