Good product, but no support
The product itself seem good and is functional. Got to use it for a while and was impressed with the quality. But then I sent an email to support asking some questions, that was 5 days ago never got a replay. Not trusting a program without support, because if something goes wrong it can cause a lot of frustration. Decided to refund the product.
