I've had this product for two weeks, hoping it would work, but it continues to have one main issue: I am unable to invite team members successfully. I have logged out and logged in again. I have searched high and low in the app. My team members either receive an invitation email with a link that doesn't work, or they don't receive any invitation at all. The worst part is that it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to help from support, and that's only after I had to search through the questions section of AppSumo to get their support email address. They need to seriously improve their customer support experience. I should just move on, but I already created something in the platform and don't want to redo everything.
