A: Hello there! Yes, there is no rule against that. When you sync a store or an advertising account, you are able to specify a "Brand Name", which then becomes a filtering option throughout the system that you can use. You can also schedule automated reports that are sent out of the system, which show data for one or multiple brands (your choice!).
