Q: Does the platform support the Polish language?

Hello, I have a question regarding BreezeDoc. Does the platform support the Polish language? If so, does that mean all documents will be available in Polish as well, including translations of templates and system-generated content? Thank you in advance for your reply.

A: Hello wojciechgres,

Thank you for your message!

BreezeDoc is offered in Polish language, however it is good to know that this applies to the recipient facing document page, only.
The system offers a few templates in English, however, you are welcome to upload your documents in the Polish language and create your templates that way.

With kind regards!

Q: Make integration + Variable documents

Hi,

Are there any plans to support Make.com, specifically with variable documents (for instance each contract has different customer details and a different price amount) could this be opened up through Make whereby I can use my existing system to auto fill this data?

Thank you!

A: Hi Zakm,

Thank you for your inquiry!

While BreezeDoc doesn't currently offer a native integration with Make.com, we do provide a REST API that allows some customization.
More on that can be found here: https://breezedoc.com/developer/docs/

Additionally, many users have successfully utilized platforms like Zapier to bridge BreezeDoc with other applications, enabling automated workflows that...

Q: Can you add functionality to just have a document link available instead of email-connected?

I work for a non-profit Youth Ministry and since there are minors involved, parents or guardians need to sign consent forms for their kids for activities. It is very inconvenient to have to connect each document via email, especially for this type of organization. Is it possible to just have document link available, and all parents can go to the same link and sign from there? Anyway, the backend tracks down IP addresses and other meta data, so documents can still be tracked. Otherwise, creating a document for each parent and then asking them for an email address for each one of them is just too time-consuming. I'm looking for a convenient solution.

A: Hello,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing how you're using BreezeDoc to support your work with youth and their families — we really appreciate the important role your organization plays.

At this time, BreezeDoc does not support generating a public signing link for documents. Currently, each document must be connected to a specific recipient via email, as part of our secure delivery...

Q: But the URL which the Document is shared "BreezeDoc branding"

When the document is shared, the URL "BreezeDoc.com" will be used, right?
the page where the user lands on will have the Branding Removed page, do I have correct understanding?
While the overall features by the BreezeDoc is great, but when I grant the "Team Access" to certain document sets, I wouldn't want them to know which platform I'm using.. this is why I am asking, and why I asked if CNAME can be supported.

A: Hi Dwein,

Thank you for your thoughtful questions and feedback.

You're correct that when a document is shared through BreezeDoc, the URL will point to breezedoc.com, even for accounts with branding removed.
The URL itself is currently required to remain under our domain as part of our legal and compliance obligations, particularly for document tracking and audit trails.

We understand your...

Q: Version in french and show a certificate ?

Hello
I have several questions that will determine whether I keep this license or not:

I would like to know how to verify that this digital signature is authenticated in court. I was using the free version of sign.com, which generated a certificate in the footer of the signed document.

In your tool, the document to be downloaded once signed does not show a certificate. How can I prove my signature to the law without a certificate?

I appreciate the personalization of the email and the possibility of putting it in French. However, the pre-signature message explaining that this implies a legal signature is in English by default. Is there any way of putting it in French?

Is there any way to put it in French? As well as the e-mail confirming the signed document to be downloaded?

A: Hi je_cree_mon_gite,

Thank you for your thoughtful questions — we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how BreezeDoc works and how it may fit your needs.

- Legal Validity & Signature Certificate
BreezeDoc complies with major eSignature laws, such as eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN/UETA (U.S.), and each signed document is backed by a detailed audit trail. While we do not currently generate a separate...
