When I purchased the agency account, I figured having 6 team member would be great, as each team member could send agreements and we could track how many agreements each was sending, and who was sending those agreements. However, when I invited one team member to test this out, when the member joined, they only had the ability to send 10 documents and showed up as a 'free/limited' user.

Does the agency license not allow them to use the limits of the main account?
If so, that would defeat the purpose of having a team, if we need to buy a license per team member. We don't need 600 documents to be sent, but just need a handful of team members to be able to share the 100 document count amongst them.
