Q: But the URL which the Document is shared "BreezeDoc branding"

When the document is shared, the URL "BreezeDoc.com" will be used, right?
the page where the user lands on will have the Branding Removed page, do I have correct understanding?
While the overall features by the BreezeDoc is great, but when I grant the "Team Access" to certain document sets, I wouldn't want them to know which platform I'm using.. this is why I am asking, and why I asked if CNAME can be supported.

A: Hi Dwein,

Thank you for your thoughtful questions and feedback.

You're correct that when a document is shared through BreezeDoc, the URL will point to breezedoc.com, even for accounts with branding removed.
The URL itself is currently required to remain under our domain as part of our legal and compliance obligations, particularly for document tracking and audit trails.

We understand your concern regarding team access and your preference to keep the underlying platform private — especially in collaborative or client-facing scenarios. At this time, CNAME support (custom domain for URLs) isn’t available, but this is a request we’ve heard from other users as well, and it’s something our product team is actively evaluating for future roadmap consideration.

Additionally, we don’t currently support sending notification emails from a custom email address. However, we do display your account name or brand name as the sender to help keep the communication consistent with your organization’s identity.

We really appreciate you sharing how you're using BreezeDoc and where you'd like to see it go — feedback like this helps guide how we grow the product.

Warmest regards from Team Originals!
