Q: Version in french and show a certificate ?

Hello
I have several questions that will determine whether I keep this license or not:

I would like to know how to verify that this digital signature is authenticated in court. I was using the free version of sign.com, which generated a certificate in the footer of the signed document.

In your tool, the document to be downloaded once signed does not show a certificate. How can I prove my signature to the law without a certificate?

I appreciate the personalization of the email and the possibility of putting it in French. However, the pre-signature message explaining that this implies a legal signature is in English by default. Is there any way of putting it in French?

Is there any way to put it in French? As well as the e-mail confirming the signed document to be downloaded?

A: Hi je_cree_mon_gite,

Thank you for your thoughtful questions — we appreciate the opportunity to clarify how BreezeDoc works and how it may fit your needs.

- Legal Validity & Signature Certificate
BreezeDoc complies with major eSignature laws, such as eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN/UETA (U.S.), and each signed document is backed by a detailed audit trail. While we do not currently generate a separate certificate page embedded in the document footer (as some tools like Sign.com do), our audit trail includes time-stamped details, IP addresses, and signer identity verification, which are legally recognized as proof of consent and intent in court. However, while this meets general legal standards, you should always confirm specific requirements for your local jurisdiction, or legal case.
Some countries or institutions may require additional elements (like a qualified digital certificate or timestamp authority).

This audit trail is securely stored and available for each signed document — if you need help accessing it, we’re happy to walk you through it.

- French Language Support
You’re right — while some parts of BreezeDoc, such as the email message and sender details, can be customized and localized, other parts of the signing interface (such as the pre-signature legal disclaimer and confirmation emails) are currently displayed in English by default.

We’re actively working to expand multi-language support, and French is one of the key languages we aim to include in future updates. Your request helps us prioritize this.

With kind regards!
