Brilliant Directories isn’t designed to be used as a cold storage solution like Google Drive or Dropbox. It’s optimized for managing user-generated content like profile photos, post images, logos, and PDFs members may upload to their listings.

That said, as the site admin, you can upload and manage files through the Media Manager — including images, PDFs, GIFs, SVGs, and more. You’re also free to share links to files stored externally if needed.
