Q: Hi Jason, I'm using virusdie.
In order for virusdie to work, I need to upload sync file to my website's root folder. Where can I upload the sync file to my brilliant directories website root folder? Do I need the developer features? Thanks

Brilliant Directories is a SaaS product and does not have FTP access available as a security measure. However, you can add PHP, JS, HTML, and CSS to a custom widget, and then use the "Custom Widget as Webpage" feature to have that code called at the URL of your choice in the root of your site.
For example, let's say you needed to upload a file called virusdie.php to the root of your site. You would add the contents of virusdie.php to a widget, and then create a "Custom Widget as Web Page" type of page in the Web Page builder that has the URL /virusdie.php.
If you would like to try it out for yourself to see if this 3rd party application will work in this way, I would encourage you to try out a free trial of the software from out website. :)
