2. Can registered members apply without uploading their resume each time?
Job seekers can have profiles similar to LinkedIn and include their CV/resume on their public profile. When they apply for a job, the employer receives a link to their full member profile, which can include their resume — so they don’t need to reupload it every time. But if you want them to attach a file with each lead, a file upload field is best.

3. Do employers get the resume attached to the lead email?
Yes — if the resume is uploaded via the lead form, it’s included as an attachment in the email sent to the employer. They’ll also get a link to the applicant’s member profile.
