Overall, it's a robust platform and will likely fulfill your eSigning needs if you're a small/scaling business. There are quite a bit of limitations, even on the highest LTD tier. Only 10 templates that can be shared via link. Despite all the discussions of integration and API connectivity on the product page, the LTD does not include any of this, making it much less dynamic and automated than I would have hoped for. It certainly beats paying a monthly subscription toward DocuSign or SignNow etc. But given the other eSigning LTD competitors that I found, you could find better. BunnyDoc should consider including at least 1 of these features to make their product more comparable to the alternative eSign LTDs currently on the market: white label, API/Zapier/Pabbly, unlimited signatures monthly, higher limit to the templates shareable via link, or conditional logic features added to their multiple choice fields.

BunnyDoc does what it promises. No more no less. I have been using it for a year now and all documents to sign go through BunnyDoc. Makes it easy for everyone to sign.

1. Troubles with unicode characters in some places. Non-latin characters are not visible.
2. No way to translate customer side signing UI.

the product is very cool and i love how it easily loads the pdf.
