Q: Bursty Ai vs LLM tokens / Total records / Omni channel / Zapier / Mobile app / Agency tier / Customisation / GDPR

1)Each tier has 'Ai messages' but BYOK tokens are still needed. If could explain the operational difference between 'Bursty Ai credits' and BYOK ai tokens.

b)Options when limits reached?

a)Do you plan Bursty Ai to be omni channel like ManyChat?
b)Do you plan to add IMAP/SMTP email channel so we can reply to emails within the platform?

4)Can we capture name and email then use Zapier to send them to our marketing stack?

5)Any plans for an iOS mobile app for live chat?

6)Agency usage
a)With Tier 3 can I seperate bots for certain users or will this be in the Agency Tier?
b)Is there an ETA on the Agency tier?
c)In the Agency tier will emails come from our domain email?

7)Can we change colours, fonts and add a logo to the website bot?

8)Are you fully GDPR fully compliant?
