A: A sheet is a structured, customizable data table in BurstyAI, just like a sheet in a spreadsheet, used by Agent/Actions/Workflows as either an input data source or a designated output destination. 'Lead' is just a pre-defined Sheet which contains 'username' 'email' and 'phone' columns.
Scheduling feature is to trigger your AI Agent(Chatbot) to execute any workflow any planned time schedule, for example, you can define a schedule to summarize all today's conversations at 23:55 pm every day, and send an email to you.

Both Sheet and Scheduling are functionalities beyond normal Chatbot, they give you full control and customizability of your AI agent.
