Hi, once we have used all the monthly credits included in our lifetime deal tier, what are the options for adding more? Specifically:
1. Will we be able to purchase additional credit packs as top-ups?
2. If so, what will the pricing for these additional credits be?
3. Will there be any special or preferential pricing on these top-ups for AppSumo customers?

Yes, It will stop working until next month when the message credit is reset.
That's not good for a business. There should be some mechanism for dealing with this, like letting you know when you're getting close to the limit, and then giving you an option to add credits manually or have it automatically add credits if you choose that option. That way, it won't stop mid conversation.
