I've blown about $1,000 testing different AI solutions. I almost passed on this one. I'm glad I didn't. This product is simple enough to get everything up and running quickly. But it's also advanced enough to integrate it into some of the most popular business tools that are already out there. I went with a Tier 3 to get started. If they do an agency addon, I'll get that, too. Honestly, if they come up with an inexpensive agency addon or tiers that you can grow into as you get more Chat Clients. This is a great service to add to your existing client base. If you already have clients using other services (like Tidio, for example), you can copy the flows from those other services into Bursty instead of starting with a blank screen. Also, before making my purchase, I "talked with" the Chatbot on BurstyAI's site. I was really impressed. I asked the Chatbot for advice on pricing this service to clients, how much to charge for any overages, etc. The advice it gave me was invaluable. This is one deal you definitely want to think about buying while it's here.

I started using BurstyAI as a WhatsApp bot a few weeks ago, and it’s been a game-changer for handling FAQs and abandoned-cart reminders. Setup was practically zero-code—just uploaded my FAQ doc, hooked up my WhatsApp number, and it was live in under 5 minutes.

=Multilingual support (I tested English and Spanish)
=Workflow builder for follow-ups, haven’t used it yet, but looks promising.

The customer support is also outstanding, I got issue for my OpenAI api key, the team sent me email and guided me to correct the OpenAI setup directly.

They aren't responding and I am unhappy with the version of the platform and it's limitations because it was bought on appsumo. Many features are turned off. User management is toggled off.. Among other things. Unable to get an easy refund because it's turned off..

In your deal you are talking about total records. For tier 3 this is 20.000.
What do you mean with records and how does this number decrease and what happens when this hits 0?

This product is so easy to use. The developer knocked it out of the park for this one. I have tried used so many of these chatbots for my agency and I find them to be more complicated than they have to be where you have to do all these things in different areas to set it up and then figure out how to connect them together. Not with Bursty. You just enter your URL, hit return and it does it all for you and then gives you the code for your site. Easy Peasy. You literally can have your bot up in running in 5 minutes.

I also spoke directly to the developer with some questions I had. He was attentive, friendly and very interested in how he can make Bursty even better.
