Here’s how the experience has been so far:

The platform requires an OpenAI API key to function, but once that’s sorted, the overall setup is simple and doesn’t need coding skills.

The interface is clean and easy to understand, which makes managing and customising the chatbot more manageable.

I connected both website chat and WhatsApp, making it easier to track all customer messages in one place.

I uploaded custom FAQs and documents to train the chatbot, and the responses became more aligned with the client’s business.

The templates provided were helpful, though I had to adjust them a bit to match the client’s tone and workflow.

The support team was quick and clear with their replies whenever I had questions, especially during the initial setup.
