Shortest learning curve, perfect for OTG team!
I rarely give reviews ( EVER ) but this deserves 20 tacos if I could give it. Before I purchased Camelo, I was with another management tool for my cleaning company that came highly recommended. Though reasonable, it was an extremely busy software and required a whole day of uninterrupted focus for me to navigate. That company has now been having issues with their app, causing lost revenue and confusion for my team - putting everything to a hard stop.
After a week of waiting for a solution, I had to think fast and decided to add Camelo to my MX stack.
THIS APP IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE THIS YEAR.
It took me 15 minutes total to understand the interface, I can schedule OTG, add cleaners straight from my phone contacts without the fuss and schedule with ease. It has such an easy yet pleasant UX interface; I did not have to guess where everything is. Its been an hour and I had to rush to write this.
Incredible platform. Looking forward to its growth and exploring the option more.
On another note, I noticed while changing the DOB for my providers that it took a while to respond after my clicks, multiple times - but I have no doubt this can be rectified.
