Hi, are you able to create course content or modules from your uploads? Such as pdfs, videos and workbooks?

A: yes, but just to clarify the primary means would be text based content and video clips - we don't have a way to automatically create/design PDFs for example

Meaning. All 3+ activities mentioned above burn credits each time the asset is touched? Or just the one time when uploaded? Also. Will any and all files, even if already have transcription in video or in caption files etc, will cost credits, automatically no matter what? Can we upload our own transcripts/translations etc? Can we just have video with no sound of any kind uploaded, to add other Vadoo elements into our workflow? LASTLY - can we add our own b-roll? Thank you
After looking at both websites (CastMagic.io and reap.video), in specific, does CastMagic have: 4k video exports Auto filler-word removal Background noise removal Auto speakers detection Transcript-based editing ^^If not, are any of these in development? Is there a timeline on their release?
Hi, the Tier 1 minutes are 100 and in the small print it states Tier 1 is the "Hobby" tier on Castmagic. But when I look directly at the Castmagic website, the "Hobby" tier is 300mins - not 100. Can you please clarify!!?? And Tier 2 says it is the "Starter" tier which is 800 mins pm on the Castmagic website. So can you clarify also Tier 2 - why is it 300 mins per month on the AppSumo site for Tier 2 vs. 800 mins pm on Castmagic? It is confusing! And I would have thought it would match the Castmagic plans on their website (lowest plan is Hobby at 300 mins pm, then Starter at 800 mins pm). Thanks!!
Hi Blaine! I've already looked at the answered questions on this and the Castmagic website, but I'm a bit confused. Could you please explain how the minutes part works? Is this only for minutes the user chooses to have transcribed? Or will the 300/800-limit on minutes apply to any video or audio content uploaded into Castbox (and subsequently this gets automatically transcribed whether it's footage to be used or not)? In the case of Otter, for example, any meeting added is auto-transcribed and uses the monthly limit. Does the same logic apply to Castmagic?
