Not quite there yet.
EDIT: Since I cannot respond to Ravi's feedback, I'm adding my thoughts here:
Ravi, I truly appreciate you taking the time to provide such detail responses to my review.
I appreciate that acknowledgements and consideration you've answered with.
I'd be happy to connect and share my thoughts in a one-on-one session.
I also happen to be a Salesforce consultant - so if you have any questions or want a Salesforce integration guinea pig, I'm happy to be one.
It is encouraging to hear that Centilio has been around for some time, that those are real customers (I've seen many other AppSumo deals where there were very clearly misleading 'customers' lists) - and your self-indicated commitment to continuing and investing in the product is also encouraging. I will keep my subscription and hope to see some improvements over the next few weeks.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
-------------------------------------------------------------
This is yet another partially-baked app on AppSumo.
I may keep this product for a few weeks, just to see if any improvements are made - but in its current form, it is
The good:
- The app's UI seems clean and responsive
- Document editing works well (better than others I've worked with) and offers multiple types of data-entry elements (drop-down, checkboxes, radio buttons, and more)
The not so good:
- No branding customization - cannot customize email From Name, From Email address, logo, e-mail subject, email body.
- The button to sign in the email says "Proceed Sign"... should say something like "Click to sign" or "Press here to sign" or... anything else that is actually English.
- While in signature mode, if user selected 'Information', all filled fields are lost
- After I draw my signature and save it, the image seems stretched within the document
- After user signs and submits, the message says "Your request has been submitted successfully. Expect to get the document by email. Once it's ready, we'll send it your way"... this isn't a request, it's a signature. Would like to change this entire message.
- THIS IS BAD: As a second signer opening the document, I do not see any of the information entered by the previous signer.
- When creating a template, I need to enter the recipients for some reason... but it's a template... I shouldn't have to provide an email for placeholders, especially since when trying to use a template to send a doc, user has to remember to edit the recipients and we don't want to accidentally send to the wrong person.
- Google Drive integration: not great... was not able to find some files
- Website shows integration with Salesforce, but that doesn't actually exist.
- I have a hard time believing that the set of customers in the 'Trusted by' on their website is actually using Centilio... which makes me doubt the rest of the claims on the website.

Jul 15, 2025Hi Ohadios,
First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. It’s genuinely helpful for us at Centilio Sign to hear this level of feedback. I want to address your points one by one, as transparently as I can.
✅ On your positive notes:
We’re glad you found the UI clean and the document editing experience solid. We’ve invested a lot in making the signing flow intuitive and flexible with multiple field types, so it’s encouraging that this stood out for you.
➡️ On the “Trusted by” / credibility concern:
We’ve been in the market for almost three years now, with paying customers acquired through multiple platforms—including larger SaaS marketplaces with vendors like monday.com. We do take those trust claims seriously. That section is based on real users and partnerships, but I appreciate that it can be hard to verify from the outside. We’ll consider clarifying it on our site so it doesn’t come off as vague or misleading.
➡️ Regarding the Salesforce integration mention:
You’re right—this integration isn’t live for AppSumo users today. The reason is that Salesforce requires a formal approval process on their AppExchange. We deliberately held back on launching a beta integration here, because we didn’t want AppSumo users to deal with something half-baked. We do have the integration built and have approval for other CRMs—but for Salesforce, we’re waiting to finalize that with an actual Salesforce-licensed customer (which is required to get it officially approved). We can enable it for you, if you have requirement with salesforce crm. Please share a mail at team@centilio.com
➡️ On Google Drive integration:
We actually weren’t able to reproduce this issue internally, so we’re unsure what exactly blocked you. It can sometimes depend on Google Drive’s sharing permissions, the specific file types, file sizes, or folder access settings on your account. We want to get this right—if you're willing, please contact us directly at team@centilio.com so we can investigate your exact use case and help you get it working properly.
➡️ Branding customization limitations:
Agreed—currently, the app does not support full email branding customization (From Name, From Address, logo, subject, body). It’s already on our roadmap. We appreciate you calling it out, and it's a fair critique.
➡️ Wording issues (“Proceed Sign”, post-signing message):
Point well taken. These are translation/phrasing issues we’ll fix. We chose not to push those edits during the high-traffic AppSumo launch window to avoid introducing other bugs, but once this rush settles down, these copy updates will be among the first things we deploy.
➡️ Signature mode issues (losing filled fields, image stretch, confusing messages):
We’re aware of these edge cases. They're on our active list to address. While they’re not systemic for most users, they’re valid usability flaws, and we absolutely agree that the signing message itself is misleading (“request submitted”)—we’ll change that to better reflect that the signature is complete.
➡️ Missing data for second signer:
This is actually an intentional design decision based on user feedback. Originally, our product did show all previously filled details to the second signer. But several customers told us they considered this a privacy violation (for example, when personal or sensitive information was included). Based on that feedback, we removed that visibility by default. We understand this may not work for all workflows, so we’re considering ways to make this optional in the future.
➡️ Templates requiring recipient entry:
Excellent point. We hear you. This is a design decision that we’re reconsidering, since templates should really allow generic placeholders without enforcing real emails. We'll make this much easier in upcoming updates.
We’re sorry that the current version feels "partially baked" to you. But I want to stress that we’ve built Centilio Sign carefully over years, growing steadily even before our official AppSumo launch. We aren’t abandoning it after this deal—we’re committed to improving it with your feedback.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience in such detail. If you’re open to it, I’d be happy to get on a call or email with you to go deeper on any of these points.
