Q: API available to integrate this app to our admin portal?
do you have api to integrate in our dashboard so that our customer can reach us out for support. No on website but user portal to us(admin portal).
We need api so that we know which user account the support ticket is coming from without user providing us any detail like in intercom. Each chat session is unique and identifies user's account.
