Can you share the use case, or why you would want to use your own key? (2) Customer can request to speak to a live agent with the bot, and the conversation will be transferred based on the settings specified form the backend (3) We tried Llama and others, but currently OpenAI is the best in the market, can you share why you might prefer to use other engines (4) You can use different chatflows per site/property, this is completely doable.
