I’m interested in knowing if Charla provides an alert system similar to Tawk.to that notifies users via app in real-time when a visitor is on their website. Does the app include features like sound notifications, mobile push alerts, or desktop pop-ups? Can the alerts be customized based on specific visitor actions, such as spending time on certain pages, initiating chats, or visiting predefined URLs? Additionally, how does this alert system compare to Tawk.to in terms of functionality and ease of configuration?

Jan 1, 2025A: Hello, most notifications capabilities on Charla, whether sound/push/flash/email, are triggered when the customer initiates the chat. You get a notification on site visits if you are on the Live Visitors page, but no push notifications or sound are triggered on just visits, since you will get bombarded with tons of notifications even on slow traffic sites. We have also Triggers that can initiate a certain chatflow on specific actions, like visiting a specific site or spending certain time on the page.
