Planning on white-labeling this for a few clients ... if they don't have reps to handle the chat, and instead just want an AI bot to field a few questions (if they can be answered from training docs) and/or collect an email inquiry (if needed) for the business owner to continue the conversation, would they not need an "agent" at all? Or is each individually trained AI Bot considered an agent?
