Good Software!
IMHO : It would be the best on the market if you add client portal like zendesk etc.
Add more bubbles or custom design to the widget and sounds to the live visitors. š„³

Jul 19, 2025Thanks man, we are releasing the self-service part this quarter. You can now change the widget design with custom icons and bubbles. Noted on the sound for live visitors.
