Q: Enhancement of your site
I'm your customer and planning to upgrade my plan since you're returning but I want to know that do you plan to upgrade your site UI as the current one is a bit out-of-date. It needs a better looking site. Also, documentation is missing and explanation of the your calculation and stats are not available. It needs more transparency and explanation. Sometimes I don't trust the data or findings presented as there is no way to tell. If I were to present the findings I cant support it with methods, calculation and reasonings behind. I think this has limited the use and adoption. Please work on that as I love your products but it has to be improved further thanks

Improving documentation and providing clear explanations for our statistical methods and calculations are top priorities on our roadmap. We understand how important transparency is, especially when you need to present and support findings with solid reasoning.
ChartPixel’s insights are based on advanced statistical and machine learning models. To help with interpretability and transparency, many chart includes an analysis option. By clicking it, you can access detailed results of the underlying statistical tests, including test statistics, hypotheses, significance levels, and clear explanations of what they mean and how to interpret them. They are the foundation for most of the chart insights. We're continuing to improve these explanations to make the results even more actionable and trustworthy.
As for the UI, I agree! While we've been focused on rolling out new requested features such as chat-with-your-charts&data, language support and integrations that provide immediate value. Constant and rapid developments of features for a complex tool such as ChartPixel make the UI unfortunately lag behind and it bugs us. A major UI update is on our roadmap and will follow as we have settled a little bit more in the development. We really appreciate your continued support and love for the product, it means a lot to us.
