Lots of Technical Issues

I love ChatScribe...when it works! Unfortunately, it glitches and I'm unable to access my subscription several times a week, making it unusable. Support is virtually non-existent. I would give it 5 tacos if it worked consistently.

Too many unavailability problems

It is impossible to use the application at 100% because there are often server connection problems. I have sent this kind of feedback several times almost every month for at least 6 months without anything changing. It's a shame because there's potential.

Application has a lot potential but.....

I like the application but have only used it a few number of times primarily due to it's unreliability. Half of the time it can't verify if I am on a plan or not and the other times I either have issues with the server timing out or the server can't verify my account.. just a lot of weird behavior. I noticed in the beginning when i first purchased it several months, and again today..

Pretty Good. Looking Forward to Improvements

The app is pretty good. There are a few things that I think could be improved.
• Transcription takes a long time compared to other tools I use.
• Diarization needs improvement. It's great that it can distinguish between speakers. But it's extremely important for us to be able to re-label speakers in the transcription prior to download.
• User experience design can be improved. For example, on the "My Transcriptions" page, the upload box takes up 80% of the screen and the list of previous / finished transcriptions occupy the last 20% of the UI at the very bottom of the screen, requiring a scroll to see your list. This should be corrected.
• The "My Plan" page does not tell you how many minutes your plan includes or how many you have left. The only reference to minutes is on the "My Transcriptions" page and it just tells you how many you have left. It doesn't reference your plan total. It's all very disorienting.

I'm hopeful that the app continues to mature. It seems like it can be a good contender in the crowded AI transcription space.
