Q: Hi Nishant, I'm looking an alternative to Missive for team email and omni channel social media responding.
1)Team email
a)How many different email addresses can be used per workspace (or account?)
b)Can any email be used including STMP?
2)Team members
a)How many team members can we have per tier per workspace - or account if applicable?
b)Can configure permissions as to what team members can answer what channels?
3)Instagram intergration - On the growth plan on your website this is mentioned
a)Is the abilty to manually answer Instagram DM's in this deal?
b)Is Instagram autoatmion in this deal?
4)SMS intergration - is this a native intergration? How much are credit?
5)Would you consider Twilio intergration for both SMS and WhatsApp?
6)Is your app on the UK Apple store as I couldn't find it. Or is it a progressive app?
7)Are you considering any of these other integrations:
a)Project management platform Asana?
b)Zapier alternative Albato?
c)Zapier alternative Boost.Space or Make?
d)Marketing platform Brevo?
8)Website lead intake form/chatbot

1)Team email
a)How many different email addresses can be used per workspace (or account?) : Per workspace 1 email sender is allowed
b)Can any email be used including STMP? : You can use any email, SMTP is currently not available directly but we can give you apis for our email flow and you can use your server.
2)Team members
a)How many team members can we have per tier per workspace - or account if applicable? : Upto 4 per workspace
b)Can configure permissions as to what team members can answer what channels? : Yes
3)Instagram intergration - On the growth plan on your website this is mentioned : This is currently not available as we are in beta for it but will be made available in the future to all appsumo purchasers for no extra cost on integration.
a)Is the abilty to manually answer Instagram DM's in this deal? : No
b)Is Instagram autoatmion in this deal? : No, but once it is out of beta we will give it for free.
4)SMS intergration - is this a native intergration? How much are credit? : This is not a native integration, we use Twilio for worldwide SMS and for India we use multiple partners. Credits are charged at close to the pricing of Twilio.
5)Would you consider Twilio intergration for both SMS and WhatsApp? : SMS already is on twilio. Whatsapp we have direct integration with Meta.
6)Is your app on the UK Apple store as I couldn't find it. Or is it a progressive app? : We had turned it off for UK a while back, but I can turn it on as it is on app store.
7)Are you considering any of these other integrations:

b)Zapier alternative Albato? : Pabbly is a great alternative to Zapier, so this wont be needed
