I am on Tier 4.
1. The color/design changes do not hold... why not?
2. The changes I make to my forms never stay - I change the wording on a floating button and it constantly reverts to "ugly green" and "fill in the form"... why can't you get this to permanently fix?
3. I see I have to click the "3 dots" to find the save button, this SHOULD BE FRONT AND CENTER on this program - auto saving clearly does not work!
4. Why can't you have Customer Service in App? The help "knowledge base" is really unacceptable for a software I paid almost $200 for. This is ridiculous.
