This is one of the most BUGGY form builders Ever. This software will frustrate you!!!
I bought Tier 4.
The system looks great in the beginning, but here's what's wrong with it - which makes it completely unusable and frustrating.
1. Customer Service is terrible. 0 Stars. There's no chat, there's no help, the knowledge base if totally useless and your credentials won't work on the Knowledge base website so theres no way to contact them other than APPSUMO.
2. The software buggy crap. Lots of functionality - none of it you can use.
a. The color/design changes do not hold... make changes to your form... they say "auto-saving" but that isn't true. None of the design changes hold over... you're constantly dealing with the default black and white form.
b. The changes you make when you hit PUBLISH never staick. The minute you go back to the form, the changes you made revert to the (garbage style) that they default to - so your constantly making the same changes you want over and over and over again. Frustrating!
c. If you click the "3 dots" on the top right, you will find the save button, but the button is useless.
d. Whatever server they use is constantly failing and all your changes are not saved - while it's shoing "auto-saving" which never stops - and during that wait, the PUBLISH BUTTON and the SAVE BUTTON are totally useless. You're only hope is to refresh the webpage - and start ALL OVER.
3. If all this wasn't bad enought - refreshing, almost always takes forever and sometimes ends up in an error.
If you like form builders with all this functionality - look elsewhere - I will see if they implement any of the changes I am pointing out here - but if they don't - I am refunding.
Lastly, I can't wait to see how long it takes them to respond to this review.
