Wholly Insufficiently Explanation of Page Crawl (and Recrawl) Limits
This product fails to clearly and transparently explain its page crawl limits in its advertising, which is a major issue. The comments section has multiple unanswered questions, and without a detailed, clear explanation of how the page crawl limits work month-to-month, it's hard to trust. Currently, they claim the crawls are "one and done," with no details on whether recrawling is an option. Comparing this to other products, Nytro on AppSumo, though more expensive, seems like it could be a better long-term solution based on their offerings. Unfortunately, this will result in a full refund, even though it’s a product I really need. Very disappointing.

We've mentioned many times that every tier gives you certain amount of crawled pages, we crawl your website monthly but only up to the limit of your crawled pages.
You can recrawl your website manually twice a month by clicking on re-crawl button under your website settings.
When you upgrade to tier 4 you get 5,000 crawled pages for a onetime fee. and if you needed more you can just reach out to us and we'll let you upgrade your lifetime subscription into a higher tier.
