Q: email provider
Hi,
Can you use/inegrate other email provider (i.e. standard IMAP) than Gmail or Outlook mail accounts?

Unfortunately, we don't have that option at the moment, you can just use the Gmail or Outlook email accounts.

This is unfortunate, has email sent from "branded" domain name is more "serious" (and when your emails are not hosted with Google or Outlook...)
What would you recommend in that case?
You can still add the emails with the branded domains which were created in the Google or Microsoft workspaces. Unfortunately, yes, the emails which are created via other workspaces or IMAP cannot be added to send the emails from the automated campaigns in Closely. However, we have this feature on our roadmap and I will definitely let you know as soon as it's released.
