Q: How would you compare this to Instantly?

Looking at this software and it's quite intriguing - but wondering how it would compare to a tool like Instantly?

What stands out right away is it seems only 1 or 2 domains can be connected to Closely, is this correct?

Also curious about hyper-personalization and if AI via OpenAI/ChatGPT can be used to customize emails based on the info provided in the lead lists.

For example - can I customize a message to a particular lead based on their:

- Job title
- Location
- Experience shared on LinkedIn
- Number of employees
- etc?

The main difference I can see is that you cannot create a LinkedIn campaign with Instantly, only the email campaign.
With Closely, you can create a multichannel campaign (LinkedIn + email).

It depends on the number of seats you have. If you have 2 seats, you can add 2 email accounts and 2 domains for each account. If you have 3+ seats, you can add more email accounts with the different domain.

At the moment, we do not have the option to personalize the message with AI. However, you can use the variables in the message to customize it. If you create the campaign with the LinkedIn URL, you can add our default variables as first name, last name, job title, and company name. If you want to add the custom variables as location, experience, and number of employees in the messages, you can upload a CSV file with this data for the contact and create a custom variable. Then you can use it in your message.

Thanks for the reply Alex, that's very helpful. I am familiar with similar tools such as Lemlist as well. The LinkedIn feature sounds great.

With only 2 domains per seat, how many inboxes are there? For example, the top rated cold outreach softwares do not recommend sending more than 50 cold emails per day per inbox/email address. How does Closely approach this?

The daily limit number is set to 50 emails by default. The maximum number is 200 emails per day.
You are free to start with a higher number than 50 emails. However, if you have never run any bulk email campaigns from your email account, this might look suspicious, and your account can be suspended for a period of 1 to 24 hours.

Okay, righty exactly - hence my question and references to instantly. So how do you scale up the number of emails being sent daily with Closely if only 2 seats are available? Thanks

If you add 2 email accounts, you can send a maximum of 200 emails per day from each of them. In total, you can send 400 emails from both email accounts per day. If you want to scale up even more - you can always stack more code and add more seats and email accounts.
