I just started using Cloudfilt on our website. I've noticed it blocking many bots, spammer and scrappers which is good. But I also noticed the load time for our site is slower. Before, our home page was loading in 2. seconds, and now it's loading in 6 seconds. Why is that? Also, I'm confused with the pageviews being Frontend and Backend. What does it mean? If a visitor is always Backend, does this mean they are bots, even if you don't tag them as bots? Should I then manually tag them as bots so we block them from our site?
i got 3 codes and followed your very poor documentation, i also send email and two chat messages one 7 days ago, still no reply. I’ve been trying to set up CloudFilt CDN/WAF with my Shopify store, and I’m running into persistent 502 errors despite following instructions.
