Q: I'm really disappointed with the support I’ve received....

I’m happy with the tool overall, but I’m currently experiencing some issues that need to be resolved, and I also have a few questions. Initially, support was responsive and helpful, but that has changed. I reached out through the chat widget on July 14th, followed up yesterday, and again today; but my concerns still haven’t been addressed.

If support continues to be this unreliable, I’ll have no choice but to request a refund and switch to an alternative like Cloudflare.
