Q: About Tier 1 plan
Hi there,
regarding Tier 1, which includes 2 clients per month. Can you clarify please?
- If on Month 1, I only sign up 1 client on a particular month, is the second one added up to the following Month 2... so on month 2 I would have 3 clients allowance. And so forth, same moving forward, any allowance not spent on a particular month, is added up the following month.
- Will my client only see the instructions to connect accounts in English, or are there other languages too?
- Is YouTube ready now?
- Instagram personal AND business, both, ready?

• The monthly client limit doesn’t carry over. So if you only connect 1 client in Month 1, it won’t roll over to Month 2.
• We support 7 languages: English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Polish, and Hungarian. Your client will automatically see the instructions in the language set in their browser (if it matches one of these). Otherwise, they can simply switch to their preferred language using the language chooser.
• YouTube connections are ready to go ✅
• Instagram is supported as well. Just one thing to keep in mind: to connect Instagram successfully, the account must be linked to a Meta Business ID – so it needs to be a business account, not a private one.
