First Test - Scaled existing process 2x, which was already scaled 5x

**#**Not an AI-written REVIEW***#* none used at all.
I found Contextminds interesting and worth exploring from the standpoint of scaling personal and team research activities visually.

I thought, if this works "the way I would like for it to work" I'll be able to help myself, my colleagues, and my students understand the logic and comprehensive-mindfulness behind a more traditional research workflow, explore the automation of some of that work, and never have an excuse in the future to neglect context development for their work (specifically, all the information and necessary reasoning surrounding high-fidelity business case development).

So, before buying/using, I watched the demo videos and checked out the site. I read the copy and put trust in a few areas displayed, primarily the leadership credentialing and intention notes (why we're building).

Aside 1 - It's not a foolproof proxy, but I have found that PhD leadership in the field of leadership's domain expertise often coincides with a "cannot fail" discipline and perseverance, because the stakes of "in-field" failure are higher than merely "business" failure. Of course, there is more due diligence required. Ergo, test it.

Aside 2 - I mostly aim at the highest tier for AS tools any longer. My experience has been across several years with AS purchasing that the best features only come to those tiers, and assuming the company makes it off the runway, then long-term access to those tiers becomes immediately more valuable. If they don't, then it's usually soon enough that AS covers the refund/credits. This is another reason to have a Plus account if you can afford it. In my 100+ AS tools suite, there are several that I cannot believe I snagged.

I think Contextminds is becoming one of those snags. Upon testing (and switching between internal Contextminds credits and external Straico key), I have found the value proposition strongly correlated with high-level LLM usage. There are workflows in ChatGPT/API or automation platforms that could replicate what Contextminds does. But, you will have to build those and deploy them and service them, etc. This is a platform that does visually and simply what is possible with a lot of AI know-how, work, and integrations. Skip that hours+hours investment (unless you're building AI products for others), and instead do the work you want to do - letting Contextminds carry the platform infrastructure and SME workload. For the contextually-minded, this is an immediately effective creative/research/writing enabling technology. If the immediate capabilities are an indication of the future, this is worth looking into if you get another chance.
